Ratings and reviews

App and website have quit functioning all together. Can't find stores nearby to order from so we can't do mobile orders. I'm lucky if I'm able to reload my card on the website and pull up the barcode on the app. the website won't show the barcode, the app won't let you reload. This is ridiculous. How can something that used to work so well suddenly go to trash and STAY that way for so many months? I don't even know what my balance is half the time because that hasn't updated in 7 months.

The app usually runs great and is very convenient for anyone who has anxiety with ordering in person :) There is a little bug though where when I go to order, it'll show all my recently ordered stuff as "Not available at this store" even though it is. I usually ignore that pop up, and if the thing truly isn't available at that store then it'll let me know when I go to check out. Aside from that, rarely have issues aside from the occasional downtime when it can't load stores

App functions ok. But they rarely have offers anymore. They falsely advertise that they do have offers, but they are really just ads/promotions of products (which don't even align to my historical purchases) with no incentive to purchase or try. And it's pretty impossible to earn meaningful amounts of stars anymore. So...no real purpose to the app except as a way to receive forced Starbucks ads. Big time turnoff. I'll probably end up deleting it if they don't make changes soon.
