Ratings and reviews

Not worth it. Stars only given depending on How you pay, not How Much you pay, so putting hundreds on a gift card already listed is worthless in terms of rewards unless you get a new gift card every time. Better to just forgo the app and get rewards on your credit card or debit instead. 2 Stars because it is easy to use, just no point in having it.

I've had the app for a long time. Over the past few weeks, I have no longer been able to order in the app. I tried talking with support, and eventually after back and forth and trying everything they suggested, was told that this is a known issue that when you go to order once clicking on your location, the app crashes. I can use the app on a laptop or desktop, but that's very inconvenient. It also stopped accepting my password and I had to change it. hopefully this issue will be fixed soon.

Lately, the timing on the app for order preparation is inaccurate. The last several times I've ordered, the time it takes to prepare my drink is 5 to 10 minutes more than what the app indicates. For example, right now I'm standing in Starbucks. According to the app, my drink should have been ready 4 minutes ago. but I'm still about 15 drinks away from being started.
