The app and customer service are terrible. Despite the operating hour is just till 8pm, customers are still able to order via the app but cannot get the drink. The customer service refused to reimburse or extend the vouchers used. I suggest customers just walk in and order to be safe. There is only one number throughout Malaysia that works. This branch's doesn't. I regret topping up RM100. I will reduce my frequency of visiting Starbucks and increase the other shops like Zus Coffee.

This apps logs me out automatically. When I tried logging in, it tells me I had the wrong password, when it is definitely the correct one, since I can log in at the website. Then, this app locks me for one hour. Another problem I had is with the reload card option. When I entered the amount and click reload, it goes back to the main page. I have to reload at the store, which defeats the purpose of having an app. Seriously for a company like Starbucks you need to improve your app.
