Ratings and reviews

In order to have the drive safe and save, the app becomes far too intrusive. I don't need a notification every single time I'm in a vehicle. Yet, you can't shut notifications off, or they won't allow the discounts. I understand precise location permissions, maybe even the physical activity, but this app does nothing but notify me every hour and drain my battery. Figure out a better system.

Ever since switching from the drive safe app to this one, I'm getting pegged for things I haven't done. Phone distraction when my phone is stationary, screen off, speeding (64 in a 45 according to the app) in an area I NEVER speed and actively use cruise control to prevent it. Braking too hard when I stop at a red light, not speeding. Pretty sure my driving did not suddenly deteriorate over 24 hours. Very unhappy with my sudden drop in driving scores.

Between the fact that the pictures didn't load into my claim and that I was forced to initially choose one of the "preferred" collision places, this app is mediocre for making claims. I would have been better off calling my agent and taking care of things that way. EDIT: Knocking more stars because I have to use my computer to do the photo estimate. The link is not available anywhere in the app!
