Android Drive allows you to easily access and manage files in your Synology Drive on the go. Apart from common file types, such as documents, images, videos and music, you can also open Synology Office document, spreadsheets and slides in the user-friendly viewer provided by Drive. In addition, the features of searching, sharing, moving and applying labels to files are all available on Android Device, which allows users to complete tasks efficiently anytime, anywhere.

I like my Synology NAS a lot. While this app is pretty good, the automatic photo upload can fail to work. And once it fails, it is difficult to get it to start working again without an app reinstall. Once the files are on the NAS, however, this app is great. I can browse my files and access them very quickly. As the bugs are worked out, this will be a very nice Google Drive replacement.

Almost works well. New NAS system setup, and I looked forward to backing up my phone's pictures and videos. I had around 10k files to backup. The first 9000 seemed to go overnight. Since then, it keeps going stupid and halting on the transfer. I have to keep disabling and enabling photo backup to get it to go again, and then it works for about 10 files and stops. Focused sync doesn't seem to do anything and has no progress indicator. I've tried gig hardwired from my phone too, and no difference

As another user said, my Synology works just fine. I can open files create folder, etc with no problem and no true delay. My problem, as was his, is that for as much as this app wants to mimic Google Drive it lacks the key functionality of online editing. I should not have to download the file, edit the file, then reupload it, THEN convert it back to the Synology Drive format. Please guys, add this functionality
