Nowhere to log in and doesn't show my three flights I've already paid for. I'm hoping that I'll be able to check in before my flight. Other than that it's a beautiful app I just wish it worked because I cannot get their website to open. Customer service by email has been terrible. The chat doesn't work and when I called internationally the recording said the same thing over and over and I could never get a human on the phone. This is the only Asian Airline that does not have good technology.

Everytime I try to book on their website payment would always fail. I would contact the bank for every single one of my credit cards that I have tried and every time I contacted my Banks, the bank would show no record of an attempted charge and their customer service agents would all come to the conclusion that there's a problem with the merchant website (Thai Lion). with that said I figured I would try the mobile app and it's more of the same. So until this problem is resolved it is impossible, I believe, to book a flight unless you happen to have a credit card from a Thai bank
