As others have said, I've had issues with login and password. HOWEVER, I came to realize if you're logging in on a phone and press the automated password that comes up it adds an extra space after your password. (phone assuming next word) which denies the password. Once I figured that out and backed up a space, no issues. Overall I do feel the app is a bit clumsy for such a premium company.

Absolutely the worst app ever. It never remembers your password, so you have to enter it every time. Then you turn on the biometric option, and that does nothing. You still have to enter the password every time. Once in, nothing loads correctly, and it has issues just bringing up the home screen. It also says my last payment is overdue, but my banking app shows that it came out already. Absolutely worthless app.

This is an update on my last review. I was able to contact the developers of the app and they were able to help me resolve the issue very quickly with their financial department. They also fixed some bugs that was related to the error. There's still needs some work to make the app more intuitive and maybe needs more info on how to navigate through. But getting much better and their support from the dev team was excellent.
