This app is barely working. Just checked in, and it said early arrival, 20 minutes early. I rushed out the door and ended up having to wait 20 minutes until the scheduled time that it normally comes by because the tracker wasn't working, and it just showed a static bus graphic. But when it works, it's alright. I guess. It's not very user friendly and the UI is very cluttered.

To describe this app in one word: brittle. It rarely works. When it does, it's never accurate. The user interface isn't just no frills, it's actively frustrating to use. It doesn't seem like a professional product. More like a student's project. I wish our district would switch away from this service.

When it works it is decent for tracking but half the time time is does not work or the bus shows way off track. Needs massive improvement. When it does work it is great. EDIT: last couple days it has shown multiple locations for the same bus on different routes at one time...that is a bug that needs to be reviewed.
