Uber seems to always be in surcharge mode. Drivers are allowed to cancel 2 min away from you. Even better, drivers are able to drive past you and cancel if they feel as though your location is too far (not talking about going to the airport). Now, when prices are reasonable, there is sometimes never a driver available. Every time the app has an update, there seem to be more issues.

My experience was excellent, the driver was very friendly arrived on time and didn't mind waiting for me to clock out at shift ending. The drive time was not too slow and safety was observed. It couldn't have been any better if I were driving myself. The app has too many ads. Instead of allowing to put my destination in where I was going at the time, it kept putting in a past trip. It was really irritating. If I wanted rental car information I wouldn't have need Uber services.

No possible way to get help with a problem not on their predetermined list (i.e. requiring a person to help you). I left a 20% tip in the app, and five minutes later it still showed a tip of $0. So I used the "add a tip" option (which still showed the previous tip amount was zero). Now, this morning, I get a receipt saying I tipped 40%, and there's no way to fix it. The driver was great, but I did not at any point specify a 40% tip. The app provides zero option for support for fixing.
