I tried to order groceries using this app and it was a terrible, time-consuming experience. There was a delay of several seconds before the app would accept my selections. This caused me to have to reselect the items again. Sometimes, If I switched to another screen to do something, the app would take me back to the home page causing me to start all over again. Often, I had to make the same selections multiple times.

I have zero problems with any of the drivers, but the app itself needs help. I often rely on Uber to commute to and from work, which should be at most a 10 minute drive with few turns. But the app redirects the drivers to take long roundabout routes that double the ride time. So far I haven't been late, but there have been several close calls and I'm not sure if I could rely on Uber for much longer if this continues.

Add feature to communicate with driver before paying. I had a question and I couldn't ask the driver until paying. Then when I payed I had to cancel in less than a min before the driver was even on their way and got charged a cancellation fee. The driver hadn't even left their original location and I had to pay $5?!?!? I don't think I'll be using uber again. A regular taxi service was the same price. Not very user friendly. And why are taxis able to take people in front seat and uber cannot?
