很不好用的應用程式,還會亂收費我用了就是我點晚餐或者是說叫完計程車之後他都會突然跳出一個沒有付費可是問題是說叫車之前就已經收過了然後再跟我收兩次的費用然後跟客服講客服也不理我嘗試了3個月都無法有效溝通最終還是一直被扣錢真的是要小心不要用這個App

提早兩天預約行程到當天預約時間前都沒人接單，直到預約時間之後，為了不影響行程叫了路過的士上車之後想按取消訂單還會取消失敗，顯示司機已接單正在過來，折騰半天才能取消訂單，第一次體驗就如此之差，相比用過的其他打車軟件這個APP差很多，看廣告宣傳的很好，還以為服務會很好呢，大失所望，以後不會再用這個app了

我想提供每次路線，貴系統都有遶路的情況，無法有較便捷的路可選，都必需照指定的路走都遶一大圈，有時方便，有時大遶真心讓人無言 我們住永和回桃園或桃園回來可以走環快五股國道64接1高，每次都莫名的遶到台北大同區再回永和或永和沒提醒照貴公司的路線又是遶一大圈，真奇怪為何同樣的行程，每次都跳來跳去的遶遠路，又不能選我們方便的路線呢？
