Ratings and reviews

IMO on the map while waiting for the driver, when it tells you how far to walk to the pick up spot instead of showing the full distance the driver is traveling from as the default is very annoying. There needs to be a way to disable or change that. I know where I am in relation to the chosen pick up spot. I would rather watch where the driver is coming from.

The app is alright and I usually get decent prices, but the progress bar straight up lies to you to give you false hope. You can't say you're "Finalizing" driver details if you haven't even found one yet. If you're still searching for a driver, that's not "Finalizing". So many times now it said it was "Finalizing" only to then say that no drivers could be found. Uh, then what were you "Finalizing"? Misleading progress bar may sound like a small issue but when it always does that it's infuriating

I have been using Uber for a while now & for the most part, there's always been adequate service. The past handful of times I have requested a ride, there's been a solid 2/10 chance that the driver will actually arrive at the correct pickup location & an equal or even lesser chance that in the instance this does happen, there will be effective (ANY) communicating on their/driver's end to reach resolution. I have sought refund for cancellations that have not been at my cause or discretion. §~¥M
