Ratings and reviews

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Uber. I waited in a long line at the airport, and after receiving the PIN, I shared it with the driver, but it was invalid. I had to hop into different cars, as they couldn't verify my PIN either, until one driver informed me that the PIN had expired and I needed to renew it. I wish the app could provide a time limit or notification at least. Additionally, the app didn't allow me to choose my exact location.

All good... great service! Wish they also had a call-in service, whereas you call an 800 number and could prepay a trip with a debit card. Sometimes, we get separated from our cell phones, or they are stolen. Other than that the drivers are mostly very nice people and friendly making the trips fun. The best part is the price; half of what a cab would cost. The next best thing is once you order a ride they are there in mminutes. A+ for Uber.

Getting rides with Uber is very convenient and all, but recently, the option to add multiple rides has been acting very inefficient. It's almost as if the function itself is malfunctioning, every time I attempt it, it does not work. I recommend that to be something the developers should check out, for individuals like myself who need to save money, this function is very important.
