首次使用於扣款選項點選信用卡支付時，並無顯示綁定同時將扣除（支付）新台幣40元之視窗或警語選項，而是全部設定完成，進入app使用頁面時，才收到信用卡已支付40元通知。話說為了提高大眾使用黏著力也就算了，一開始的設定就吃相那麼難看，真的是吃人夠夠！

司機很好，但應用程式對首次使用、不瞭解這個系統的人來說，體驗差勁。 收費標準對第一次使用的人沒有做足夠說明，只寫什麼熟悉的跳錶計費方式跟小黃一樣費用，寫什麼自動用最優惠的優惠券 然後沒提醒用預約的要多收預訂費，要加錢的服務不是要先寫清楚嗎？ 然後搭完了最優惠的優惠券還在躺在帳戶裡，倒是一張不怎麼優惠的優惠券被用掉了

身為幾乎天天都叫好幾趟車的長期付費會員， 發現非會員的家人反而常常收到uber贈送的優惠券，有時是很多趟的20元折扣，有時是8折。 刻意同時跟非會員家人試著叫車，同一上下車地點，非會員家人的價錢打折後永遠都比會員的我便宜不少。 為了吸引人入會持續給優惠沒問題，但卻不給原本付費會員一些折扣優惠，看來取消付費會員還比較划算。。。
