最近(2026/3)は、以下の理由からmenu、出前館等を利用しています。Uber Eatsもこのままでは使わなくなりますね。 ・店頭価格よりも高い店が多い ・手数料が高い(他の出前アプリではかからない又は安い) ・Uber Oneを使っても送料無料になるまでの購入金額が高い ・クーポンが他の出前アプリに比べて使いにくい

何事も人間のすることなので、ミスもあるけれど、その後の対応があまりにもひどく感じます。 アプリ表示の商品と違う物が届いたり、金額が違ったりはよくある事！ 問題解決に2〜3日かかりますと言っておきながら、もうすでに１週間ぐらい経ちました。 わかっているのか連絡すらなく、余分に支払った分の返金もされません。 おそらく返金の際には、前回と同様に「他に何か問題はありますか？」と、心が感じられない終わり方をしてくるのでしょうね⋯ この件が終わったら、即アンインストールしようと思います。

サポートがAIしかない。なかなか通じない時でも、担当者(人)につなげることができず、無駄に時間だけを浪費する。 1時間以上待って、勝手にキャンセルされたのにも関わらず、意味のないお詫びしかない。 解決していないのにも関わらず、解決済みとなり、サポートすらしてくれない。 AIを導入して人件費を下げているのかもしれないが、適切な対応の質すら下げてしまっては意味がない様に感じる
