Ratings and reviews

It's not super cheap by any stretch, so if you find yourself ordering often, invest in the Uber One, because it really saves you money. I like that I can message the driver if necessary. Lately, I've had some really good drivers. They run promos often, so it doesn't end up costing $30 for a burrito bowl.

I signed up for Uber Plus and had two orders that were missing items. When I reached out to customer service. They told me they could not adjust the charge because no one reported an issue. This only happens if the driver is stealing items from the delivery. As an uber driver myself I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service. Please don't waste your money on a paid account, it does NOT benefit you in any way. If you want reliability and great customer service, use DoorDash.

Poor service in my area, of three orders that weren't cancelled because they didn't have a driver (five total orders), only one was correct. One had missing items and the other was nothing I ever thought about ordering or wanted. The driver insisted I report it through the app, but she cancelled the order before I could report the order being incorrect. So far chat has not helped me with getting a refund. Also for a useless app, it takes up far too much space.
