90% of the time after you've entered all of the required info for a claim submission, after you hit the "submit" button the app will simply display a message that says,"Error, please try again." Then it clears all the data you just spent five minutes inputting and makes you start from scratch. Worst healthcare insurance app EVER. Cigna, Blue Cross,and Aetna's work great but UH's is complete garbage. I gave it 2 stars for the 10% of the time it works

Oh my God. They've got to be kidding right? After 2 yrs of struggling with the antiquated website that feels like it was built by my mom and her luddite friends - I finally downloaded this ap. I have lost countless hours, claims & time into the ether because of the website that just goes in loops, kicks you off, makes you re login in again and again. I have filled out surveys, complained & even emailed claims (which seem to go nowhere). And now this ap presents the exact same issues.

Has been saying "unknown error" since I started using the App. The previous APP before the "upgrade" (which was a DOWNGRADE) APP was forced on us worked flawlessly for years. Their "fix" was to call in and order by item number, reciting each number & quantity instead of putting my order in and hitting submit. Went from a 10 minute max to a 20 minute minimum ordeal to order what I need since you have to ask the representative to repeat what they're saying 3 or 5 times.
