The app for the longest time was working flawlessly in my opinion. But as of recently of this month I haven't been able to access it at all. It continually claims my Internet connection isn't working and so it won't let me login. I've manually forced stopped it, made sure its up to date, and my connection is strong & secure but still nada. So, pretty lost on what to do to access my work schedule.

Unfortunately, I am unable to give any kind of review, I haven't been able to login, I get 2 error messages, the first one pops up, and it is too fast read, the second one says contact system administrator. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed my password, and I still cannot login. My coworkers seem to enjoy it. I wish I could too.

There are too many steps to get to the punch in/our requests. It takes too long. The password field needs to have an option to view what you type in, which would reduce the number of reset password requests. The training showed a way to edit the time input, but I could not find where that is in either the app or the laptop versions. It's slow.
