Onboarding for a savings account is pretty simple and straightforward. App UI is nice. My issue with this app is it's long load times between pages. Credit card application within the app is a nightmare! Uploading an income/bank statement in PDF format is practically impossible, app just returned me to previous screen. Uploaded in jpg format and they responded that the file I uploaded wasn't legible. Already reported bug to cust service but pretty much dismissed it saying to try again later.

Even in the previous versions, when you chat with a CS agent there would be a lag before the agent's reply would appear in the app (you could see a snippet of what they said on the app pop up notification, but in won't actually load in the chat page itself for 10-15 mins). Now in the new version, the chat still doesn't appear even after half a day, and if you try to reply anything on the chat page the app would just crash everytime. How is the update not fixing previous issues & make it worse?

After using the UOB TMRW application, I am very impressed with its convenience and user-friendliness. The feature of free transfer is one of my favorites, as it allows me to send funds to other accounts without worrying about additional charges. The user-friendly interface makes the transfer process very easy and quick. I also feel more secure in conducting transactions due to the available security features. Overall, I highly recommend the UOB TMRW apps!
