Works with all Go Program® Way2Go Card® eligible MasterCard programs. In order to determine if you are eligible to use this app, please refer to the back of your prepaid card. On the back of your card, in the bottom right-hand corner, you will see the words GoProgram.com.

The app barely works. Almost every time I log in it says sorry and to use website. Then when I go to website it says my password is wrong multiple times then lets it go through. Both app and website need help. Also on app it let's you set notifications and all of them I set doesn't work. I don't get a text when a deposit is added or when my card is at a limit. I get a call 24hrs after the deposit not when I get it. The whole thing is supposed to help and make things easier but it hasn't at all

*Update* It's been 2 years since my initial review and the only difference is the number of other people vocalizing their complaints. Of course, nothing's been fixed. *Original* Is there any purpose to having an app if it's unusable? Just when I thought Way2Go couldn't get any worse, it outdid itself. Sending me to the equally inaccessible website. And don't be misguided by the "helpline" number on your card because that, too, is an endless loop of nothing.

They take money to transfer my money out right up front, but they dont transfer the money. I've already waited 3 days for my money, and it's not in my account. If it was something crucial, i would be totally screwed. Wtg, way 2 go card, you are useless and not helpful. I have made several attempts to set up the auto deposit into my financial institution, and after the 3rd time, i have given up. I guess they feel that if they don't do anything to help you, you will stop asking .
