Dubai Bus On-Demand is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the Dubai Bus On-Demand app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a few streets of your requested destination. Our smart algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel.

How long will I wait?
You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your minibus in real time in the app.

How many passengers will I share a vehicle with?
The number of passengers you will share a journey with varies based on capacity and your chosen destination. Our comfortable minibuses can easily accommodate up to 14 people.

What else do I need to know about using the service?

Ratings and reviews

This app needs an update to its GPS tracking system. It often shows that the bus has already arrived at the pick-up location when it is actually still somewhere else. The worst part is that the booking was cancelled because the system claimed I was not at the pick-up point and that the driver had waited long enough, even though the bus had not actually arrived. Please improve the GPS accuracy to prevent passengers from missing their rides due to incorrect location information.

It was working great till July 2026, but since August 2026, while I have been trying to book a bus, the app doesn't find any bus available and this is the case every time for the whole month of August. I believe it's because of the less buses being available. Please try to meet the demands of the people as it's a great service at a decent price point.
