Worst experience, especially, in the winter. Pick up pin had issues twice in a roll within the same day. Picked a ride that is supposed to pick me up quicker, and I chose to pay a bit more. But, as soon as I made my selection, the waiting time doubled. That is low. The driver of the 2nd trip didn't wait for me where the pin was, I had to walk for a minute in the cold trying to get to her.

I really think with a few simple tweaks to the app this could be so much easier to use and way more customer friendly. Firstly add option for return trip to be able to add after initial booking. And just 1 small step further, add option to add stops along the journey. Could be an extra passenger, two friends sharing a ride home, etc

Very easy to use, very polite drivers. Only small issue is when booking and you get told a driver is on its way and then it gets cancelled and how if they don't stop right where you are, they only give you 5 to to get to them, which is difficult if you have mobility issues like myself, and then you get charged a cancellation fee. Having said that when I contacted them about the issue I was issued a full refund quite quickly 😁
