1. Provide ways for users to know the validity of their subscription. 2. Give control on what can be uploaded. The auto upload starts everything. I would like to control which folders should be backed up and file level control (like just images or videos) would be a great feature to have.

I uploaded two large video files upto 1.5 GB each but it takes too much time to upload those files even my internet speed is very good and downloading speed is also very low. After successful uploading when I try to play those two videos it shows an error " please wait while we prepare your video for a better viewing experience " but still not playing it has been about 10 hours.

I am extremely satisfied with JioCloud. The service is seamless, reliable, and user-friendly, making it very convenient to store and access my data anytime, anywhere. The speed and performance are excellent, and the security features give me complete peace of mind.
