Good idea, but not very well implemented. I appreciate the security, but the lack of convenience sucks. Auto sync only works with photos, and I don't see a way to sync folders instead of just grouping all images together. I very much would like a way to have separate folders for each device, and maybe even maintain the folder structure, such as albums on device. Then have this same backup feature for files, so I can just have all ny important notes, and documents safe.

Works OK for about the first 4000 files. After that, it slows down to basically useless speeds. It is not an issue with my wifi as everything else works first fine. I reached out to support who didn't read my message and told me to do all the troubleshooting steps I already described taking. I'll let this run a few more weeks in hopes that it will eventually sync, but I have alternate backup methods in place so it is not as critical.

This is more like an open beta than a finished product. Photo backup is only photos, there is no albums, which makes sharing extremely difficult, as I would need to upload the photos to a folder in the files section, taking up double the space, or share each individual photo. No way to upgrade from the base 500gb on paid plan. I need to be able to have folders sync between devices, including PC and Android. The documents is also overall fairly basic and not a great competitor for Google Docs.
