Ratings and reviews

The app, or the data could use some improvement. I try to check my homeward commute daily to see which way to go. The realtime traffic is usually wrong, and doesn't even come up until I tap the navigate button... and then it's still wrong, but at least it changed. I don't need it to actually navigate, I just want to see the realtime traffic. I would also like to customize a route, easily, and save it as my default route; it isn't one of the recommended routes, ever. Can't do it.

If you're walking, this is a solid map, and the ability to see photographs of buildings where you're going is very handy. However, the continual lack of information about road closures, construction and giving incorrect directions due to these issues is a frustration. If I am driving somewhere that is time sensitive. I rarely use this app.Since it does not seem to account for any type of construction or traffic delays.

The latest update has ruined the app's navigation. It used to offer a 3D first-person view, but now it randomly switches to an aerial perspective while navigating, reminiscent of ancient 2D maps. This is a disaster on multi-lane highways, where exits become indistinguishable blobs. You can't gauge exit heights or see lower-level routes! The erratic view changes create confusion and frustration, making navigation a Herculean task. Please, for the love of navigation, revert this disastrous update!
