Useless customer service. I had an issue with a refund where the money was stuck in my UPI Lite balance. After deactivating my UPI Lite account, the balance should have been transferred to my main account, but it was never credited. I contacted customer service, and it has been more than 3 months—almost 4 months—yet the issue is still unresolved. I’ve complained repeatedly, but they just keep saying the same thing. Trash app. Don’t install it, the customer service only repeats the same lines

It's creating trust issues.. I set up Autopay and now when I am trying to cancel that it keeps showing error. it's not even getting cancelled. There is no way to connect to their customer representative. It keeps asking 100ds of useless questions. they are still not able to understand my problem.. as it's computer generated voice talks to me and keep asking reducylas questions. still I am not able to get resolution after 45 min of call.

Annoying, how difficult is it to "process" a transaction. Borderline more inconvenient than simply paying with cash! The transaction is either successful or unsuccessful, what's the point of "processing" a transaction when I have to wait until it gives me definitive answer? Now I have to contact the retailer for a refund after the transaction was successful because I already paid in cash.
