もうこの企業の利用はやめようと思う。 その理由 期限が近いクーポンで注文をした。期限時間内に届く予定が、30分以上遅れて届いた。その後クーポン適用前の金額に訂正された。 問い合わせると、配達完了時刻がクーポン期限を過ぎていたからだと言う。 注文後に金額が高くなるかもしれないクーポンとは一体。それも予定より遅れてきたくせに……。 海外の掲示板でも似た状況があり、訴訟も辞さない様子。 お金と時間と精神をやられました。

どんどん配達が悪くなる。 何より他のデリバリーアプリより配達時間がはやく設定するのをやめたほうが良い。 平均的なお届け時間で最初から示してほしい。 深夜帯での注文が多い人にはかなり厳しい。 配達時間が遅い設定で早く届く分にはには嬉しいが、最も速い配達20分で1時間をすぎるのはざらにある。 流石に深夜帯で30分で届く予定が、1時間30分待ちは、注文したことへの後悔しか浮かばなくなるし、キャンセルしたい気持ちで一杯になる。これでデリバリーが冷めていても、お店にも配達員さんにも評価は低くつけれない。ウーバーへの評価が低くなるだけ。 配達員が昔に比べて少なくなったのは理解できるが、その辺のシステムの改善は欲しい。 因みにウーバーワンに入ってますし、純粋にウーバーのアプリやシステムに対しての評価が☆3になります。

出前館が送料無料と謳いながら、これまで無かったサービス料の徴収を始めたのでUberEATSに乗り換えました。（送料を取られていた頃は注文金額によって送料が下がるか0円になったのに、サービス料になってからは注文金額が増えるとサービス料も増える改悪に呆れたから） UberEATSは月に3回以上使うので月額課金しています。課金額を踏まえても、全て合計すると出前館を利用していた頃より安くなっています。 原則手渡しが必要な注文でも、置き配を指示すると従ってくれるので融通が効いて助かっています。何かあってもいちいち電話ではなくチャットで済むのも良い点。
