私はUber oneに加入していますが、本当にサービスが良くなりました！今年いっぱい限定となっていますが1200円以上で送料無料だけでなく、サービス料も無料という回数無制限クーポンが出て、本当に助かってます！ただ、別で出されるクーポンの1800円以上で10％OFFなどのクーポンは、逆に利用出来なくなりましたが…(結局サービス料無料じゃなくなり、値段が上回るか同じになってしまうため)それでもこれによって、元々1200円以上で送料無料の対象になってない、送料がかかる店舗でも、無料で頼めるようになったのが本当に嬉しいです。頼めるお店がぐんと増え、今まで送料が高くて頼んだことがなかったお店も利用してみたいと思うようになりました。サポートの対応も、以前に比べ、すごく親切になったと思います。楽天ポイントも貯まるし(ローソンではPontaポイントも)、いろんなデリバリーの中で、一番利用価値のある断トツ良いデリバリーです！

あと2分で到着となってから、突然の配達失敗。客人があっての注文だったため、大変困惑しました。 住所に間違いはなく、表札も玄関灯も有ります。電話番号がわからなかったためとのことですが、メールアドレスは登録しています。電話番号が必要なら、最初から必須項目としてください。配達失敗は配達員の方ではなく、会社側の責任だと思っています。 追記:退会しようとしてもできない。一体どういうシステムなんですか？

「2000円以上購入で1500円OFF」というキャンペーンを信じて、条件を満たすように商品を選び決済しました。 決済画面でも割引後の金額が表示されていたにもかかわらず、実際には割引が適用されていませんでした。 明らかに表示と実際の請求内容が違っており、非常に悪質だと感じます。 この件についてすぐに問い合わせをしましたが、2日経っても一切返答がありません。 サポート体制も含めて信頼できず、安心して利用できるサービスとは思えません。
