아이폰에서 안드로이드로 바꿨는데 왜 팁 금액을 따로 변경할 수가 없는건가요? 팁 설정 화면에서 왜 아무 숫자도 누를수가 없는거죠? 좋은 기사님께 팁 더 드리려고 다른 금액으로 바꿔서 누르려고 했는데 숫자판만 뜨고 터치가 안되네요. 버그인건지 번번히 탈때마다 번번히 이러네요. 어플에서 수정 가능하다는데 아예 누를수가 없으니 무슨 안내를 해준건가 싶습니다. 제 지인들도 매번 우버 탈때마다 같은 이야기합니다.

쿠폰주는건 좋았으나 편의기능이 최악중에 최악 기사님들 관리도 필요한듯하나 전혀 안됨 고객센터도 없어서 피드백 넣는것도 어려움 이기사님 다시 만나지 않기 기능 추가도 필요합니다 전혀 다른곳에서 대기하시고 계시고 전화드렸더니 차있는곳으로 찾아와달라심..초행길이고 짐이 많아서 취소하고 다시부르겠다니 적반하장 싸우고 취소하고 다른차 호출눌렀는데 그 기사님...ㅎ 우버 개선이 아주 많이 필요합니다

별하나도 아까운 최악입니다. 처음 가입해서 다음날 오전6시20분 출발로 하루전 예약하고 예약확정이라길래 혹시나하면서도 믿고 있었는데. 출발5분전까지 차량번호도 안뜨고 이상하더니. 출발시간을 5분쯤 넘겨서인가.. 예약시간보다 40분이나 늦은 7시에 도착한다고 알람이 오네요. 뭐 이런 쓰레기가 다있는지. 중요하고 바쁜일정이라 하루전에 예약한건데 정말 분노가 치밀었지만. 잘 추스려서 카카오T로 언능 불러서 갈수가있었습니다. 아마도 하루전날 예약해도 가사배정안하고있다가 딱 예약시간되서 근처 기사 매칭하는것 같던데.. 고객이 시간 어기는거에대한 패널티는 비싼금액에 장황하게 써놓고. 정작 자기들이 시간 못지키는거에 대해서는 아무런 언급이 없네요. 처음 예약인데 이따위로 기분 잡쳐서 앞으로는 카카오T만 이용할듯합니다. 너무 기분나빠서 글 남깁니다.
