Работаю курьером в Uber и сталкиваюсь с очень странными проблемами приложения. Клиент изменил адрес доставки уже после принятия заказа, мне пришлось ехать дальше, тратить больше времени и батареи, но никакой доплаты за это не было. Если телефон разрядился после фактической передачи заказа клиенту, приложение не дает завершить доставку и поддержка требует возвращаться обратно на место доставки, даже если заказ уже давно у клиента. Это неудобно и несправедливо для курьеров.
