Some days are good some days are bad. I have experienced a lot of issues with their add and remove stop.. I sometimes try to add a stop, a return trip usually, then the app charges me more than double. When I reverse this, because of the price, the price doesn't go back to where it was. It increases. I have fought with them previously, but it didn't help. Try not to add or remove stops if you don't want to be disappointed

Person using bolt should be able to see their history of all the requests they made, accepted and cancelled rides, with included chats and calls between them and the driver. Will help in making the app more safer and in tracking a person if anything happens to them. Yesterday I had a traumatic experience and couldn't rate because the driver according to the app only accepted our ride but never came. (Didn't click the notification button that he had arrived) he called, drove a different car.

Very bad app, I couldn't book my a cab to the airport. I tried for an hour and gave up. 25% off coupon is not applicable to airport rides but there is no way to turn off coupon application. It adds coupon automatically. I was very close to missing my flight... Coustom support is non existent. One has to just role the dice and hope for the best. Bolt can't be used as a primary mode for transportation. One should have a back up.
