Ratings and reviews

Business model is discouraging to regulars. They constantly offer promotions to people that rarely uses their services yet nothing to regulars. Secondly, their pricing is inconsistent. Two people with the same pick up and destinayion being quoted different prices. Also, drivers will confirm arrival at pick up point before actually being there and you have to pay for the "extra" waiting time. Fix to this? Give us the option to never match with certain drivers.

Exceptional service! My recent ride with Bolt was seamless, efficient, and comfortable. The driver was courteous, friendly, and ensured a safe journey. It's a really chill app. Most drivers are actually conversational, which puts me at ease. The drivers are able to get me where I need (specific)... though one problem is the "wait duration," it may say 2 minutes, but it takes longer most times, even if there's no traffic or some sort of collision with other cars, but overall it is a wonder app, and would recommend.
