Ratings and reviews

App is slow and basic for the amount of money this carrier steals from customers. Boost canceled my orders without notifying me, I only found out because I checked on my order status. Called them and they said I would receive my refund in 7 days. Called after 7 days and they told me it would be 10 days. Called 10 days later and they told me I would see it in my credit card by the end of the day. Well it's been more than 10 days. They won't give me back my refund for the orders THEY canceled. The

horrible customer service and data service. they say you get unlimited data, but there's a limit. my service is consistently interrupted throughout the day. it goes offline then gets back online a minute or so later. they charge you to pay your bill in the store or when paying through an agent. the only reason I would use those options is when their online payment service was not working properly. they just all around suck, compared to other companies. plus a foreigner is always on the line.

App is very basic and unappealing in appearance. The ABSOLUTE WORST aspect of the app is that it ONLY works off the phones cell service. No wifi. So if your phone disconnects from the cell service like mine does repeatedly, you are screwed! You can't call them, and you can't message either. Unless you use someone else's phone to call them. Also, you are automatically enrolled in Auto pay...and you can't change it. There are other problems as well.😡
