Ratings and reviews

I've been with Boost for the better part of a decade. They don't care about that though. They finally start to offer payment extensions (FOR $10 per line, that you need to be approved for). If someone is struggling to pay their little $50 phone bill and needs an extension, what makes anyone at this company think that person even has THAT? If they can't pay their bill they have no money. God forbid they look out for their customers let alone LONG TERM customers. I think it's time for a switch!

Terrible app with many errors! Shows 2 payments on 11/19, but there was only 1. Says bill is due on the 18th of the month, but when I called them, they said it wasn't due until the 19th. Received an email stating i was eligible for an upgraded phone for 9.99. I go into this app and the same phone is 199.99 Boost IT is just terrible, not recommended!!

Absolute garbage. I decided to add auto pay to save myself some time in making payments and now they're charging me twice, saying I owe for a phone that's fully paid and supposedly the payments are being applied to the account retroactively. I've called multiple times and get told a different thing each time. I can't even remove auto pay from my account because the account changed to reflect that I owe for my phone! No one is of any help at all.
