When I try to sign up for text alerts for an outage, which is literally the only reason I ever open the app, it gives me an error message that says "Please enter a valid number." My number is associated with my account on the web site, and is most certainly valid. I can't say the same about the app. I can sign up on the web site, but that defeats the purpose of having the app.

Everytime a payment tries to go through and there isn't enough in the account (usually I had it put in savings and forget to put in back in checking) it removed my card from autopay. So I moved the money into my checking just to learn two months later that it hadn't paid for anything because my card is now removed. I am struggling now because of this. they kept tacking on fees and I'm unable to pay it all at once 😭

Never had a problem UNTIL I started using the app and the easy pay. After one payment that didn't go through (I pay it off right away) my card was put on restricted without my knowledge so all my next payment attemps were returned. On top of that, they would add SO MANY FEES for something I wasn't aware or in control. I have reached out many times the last few months. Instead of helping fix the root of the problem I was just cheated out money. $50 monthly bill turned to $100 plus. I'm upset.
