To use the Fred Meyer app, you'll need a Fred Meyer digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

They will rip you off! Items are in order, on receipt but they don't actually give it to you. It's impossible to review every item during pickup and getting any help later requires navigating a ridiculous bureaucracy. you lose my entire cart if I open the app and the website. Skipping plastic bags is a secret feature. Idiot notifications about "being in store" even when I'm trying to pick up items.

This app needs an overhaul. Let's face it, these shopping apps - when working correctly - are amazing, but when they are broken its beyond frustrating! Please Kroger... spend some money to make your apps work better. I create multiple meticulous lists for different events that I need to shop for. Now my event is approaching and I can't shop from my list (transfer items to my cart). Hugely frustrating! 🤬

If their location services can be used only for store location, I'd rate it 5 stars. But it doesn't. It won't let me place an order unless my IP address is the same location as the store location. I live in rural Alaska and have tried many times to place a bush order via their modified instructions. But it would not process my order; something about the App saying my location is different than the pick up (I have starlink internet and it automatically places my location at Seattle, WA).
