Ratings and reviews

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

App continues to get progressively worse. The most important thing is to connect quickly without delay. This is not the case with this app, there's lag, needing to close the app and re open. Most times it says cannot connect and recently all of my favorite devices have disappeared showing a blank screen. Cheap no name cameras costing 1/10th of the price have become much more responsive. Disappointed.

you totally screwed this up. now nothing works. brilliant. it took a while for all of my devices to reconnect. some of them required multiple resets. I also had to reboot my router to get the hub max to connect to the Internet. everything seems to be working now but I haven't really noticed an improvement in performance. it's still early so maybe I just need to give it more time.
