To use the JayC app, you'll need a JayC digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

the app is terrible. Too many glitches. When you try to look at the weekly adds there's always a big blue banner that stays over the bottom of the page on my phone. Just as it has on my last phone. Then when you try to scroll the add, it is so touchy it pulls up the details of the item you touched on the screen. It's so annoying. I finally give up and have to wait to get to the store to see the in store paper add.

Sometimes the app works sometimes it does not. It's always confusing to find digital deals. And then which coupon you've clipped. This week, you click on digital coupons. Nothing is there that is published. You page further down in the app and you can find digital coupons clipped here. Why have two locations. You would think someone in Cincinnati would have enough on the ball to make a decent app.

Love the pickup convenience. But there is one really big problem for me. I have a big family and make large pickup orders. After adding my very large list of regular items to the cart, the app will simply tell me that a certain number of items were not added to the cart. It doesn't tell which items these were, so that I can shop for substitutes. So I have to spend alot of time searching and comparing my regulars list to my cart items to see what is missing. Pleeeeese fix this!!!
