For weeks I've been unable to pay my bill! I've logged in several times, updated some information but can't find any way to update other information. It's showing no comparison info for prior years but should. I previously paid by text - that doesn't work either! I see no way to delete the existing payment method or related information for the credit card which may be incorrect. Frustrating!😡 They want a pay but there's no invoice!😡.

Why can't I login to pay my bill? This is hands down the worst app I've ever used IN MY LIFE. I've tried resetting my password, but I never receive the email, even though it's entered correctly. Then I pay as guest and it immediately emails me receipt. Erase this app, if you're thinking about downloading it for paying bills.,forget it. It's easier to buy a checkbook and send the check, especially since they'll charge you regardless of if it's a card or ACH.

I'm going with 2 stars, because the app worked pretty well for quite awhile. After reading the reviews, I am very upset about that lack of any response from the admin. I guess it's time to call and request paper statements and save myself the $2.00 convenience fee for paying on line and the aggravation. Cheers!
