The feedback form that appears when the user logs out has disappeared on my device. It has been replaced by a white screen, and I must navigate back on the UI stack to get back to the log on screen. There is no confirmation of logging out anymore. I believe this was done because I have effectively used the feedback form to report egregious advertisements inside the app. The malicious ad-tech convict is also attempting once more to advertise to me inside the app.

Recent update means that if you are running an older Android version you can no longer open the app. This means that you cannot log in because all forms of login require you to approve or generate an off-line pin through the app. You will be cut off from your ability to use internet banking and there was no warning. For those that cannot afford to regularly change their phones or for older people who do not change their phones because they do not want to learn new things this is an issue.

To ensure safety and security of your accounts, we have set the minimum OS requirement of SC Mobile App to Android 10.0. The saved login information is somehow gone (i.e., cannot log in using biometric authentication). Cannot even log in with username and password. I don't recall that I have ever changed the password. Tried to clean install in secure folder, but it keeps prompting the app is not updated.
