The app is really a bomb app. It is slow in starting a trip and very slow to end trip after long trips . and some times the app automatically restart after a long trip to charge very less than riders see when booking. And when you make a report on fare view of price charges, its as if the app has no administrators who responds to issues wirh it,I say this because I have never be reinbursed for inaccurate charge caused by the app and no answer to my numerous reports on price after trip. Too bad

I've used Bolt Drive several times and it's been an excellent experience. The app is easy to use, and the cars are clean, well-maintained, and ready to drive. Booking and unlocking the car via the app is quick and convenient. Pricing is fair and clearly displayed—no hidden charges. It's a reliable option for short-term travel, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for flexible, affordable transport in the city.

The app works but has some serious issues.1 Cash trip drop-offs, don't allow going back from that screen to edit the amount. Once you confirm, they don't compaste this is a big issue.2 Navigation is poor compared to other apps. The set route changes every time it's confusing, especially in unfamiliar and dangerous areas. Yes they is an option of using waze. Switching between apps mid trip while driving and navigating is risky. 3 support is robotic. 4 little to no cancelation fee, frustrating.
