I ordered something from Shop for the first, and last time, but the online store disappeared along with my money, and I can't get anyone to help. There's no support or policy at all other than 'Shop isn't responsible' although I ordered it specifically because it was on the app. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! UPDATE: Shop still hasn't answered any of the numerous emails I've sent trying to resolve this issue, or just TALK to Shop about it, other than the automated response email with a ticket number.

Removed dark mode and now my eyes hurt everytime I look at the app. The only option under appearance is to turn off confetti on delivery which doesn't work. Then there's how most deliveries go back and forth whether they're delivered or not or just are always out for delivery long after they come. products that aren't even similar to anything I've ordered are pushed on me and at higher prices than elsewhere. I'd rate this one star but other apps have lowered the bar.

absolutely horrible user experience... "We're going to show you shipping information, but we won't show you the order from the Shopify store you bought from that sent the package." 3 different shipment tracking and no idea what package goes to which order. Zero info on the order until after the package has been delivered. Just send an email with the respective tracking number for the given order and be done with it. The app is essentially useless.
