App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

Never sign up for any of Google's premium subscriptions. The moment you cancel, you will not stop get pop-ups every time you open any of their apps to remind you that you canceled your subscription. Want to adjust the $300 thermostat you already bought real quick? well too bad you're getting a pop-up. Want to check if an important package got delivered on your $100 doorbell? Well too bad you're getting a pop-up. The subscriptions are also way too expensive and have barely anything useful.

App continues to get progressively worse. The most important thing is to connect quickly without delay. This is not the case with this app, there's lag, needing to close the app and re open. Most times it says cannot connect and recently all of my favorite devices have disappeared showing a blank screen. Cheap no name cameras costing 1/10th of the price have become much more responsive. Disappointed.
