Ratings and reviews

It's a great app, I would rate it 5 stars except for the payment future. If your card is locked and you forget, you will no longer be able to use that payment option because your card was declined after only one try. If they would update this payment option it would be awesome. They can at least give the person 2 tries instead of blocking payment on a card just from one declined transaction.

Most of the drivers are safe and cool, but the app could definitely use some work. Most times the estimated wait time is wrong and not by just a couple minutes, usually by like 10min or more,not to mention a 20$ fee to give you your stuff back. I understand a charge but it is not worth 20$ for the driver to turn around after just leaving, it would be one thing if they weren't 2 seconds away. Plus having to pay for a monthly subscription to not be overcharged for rides is also insane.

The app glitched so much. First, it found me a driver for regular car when I ordered XL, when I reordered XL, it showed the driver on the way, then "driver arrived and departs soon" when the driver was nowhere near in sight and she texted me she was on her way. Then it showed that I was picked up!!! And repeatedly showing driver in different locations near my drop-off 30 miles away. When I restarted the app, the ride "ended" in a totally diff location and I was charged with no way to dispute 😤
