The app worked mostly okay (slow loading, downtimes, and telling me my posted statements weren't available to view) until it apparently did an update. I keep getting a screen that tells me I need to update the app, but when I go to update it, it's already up to date. I've un-installed and reinstalled it, and I get the same message each time. -5/5

I'm so sick of Synchrony customer service and attempts to manipulate payments in a way to collect interest. The allocation policies of payments should bring class action law suits! I pay 4 times my minimum due bills, I have never never been late or missed a payment and yet they specifically allocate the money if possible to purchases thats "promotional financing" are not coming due. The also don't apply many payments to the minimum due bill at all!?

This app has been unable to login for the past 3 weeks on the latest Android operating system on s24 ultra. I can login using the browser. So, this is definitely an app problem. The message just states that the app is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. I've tried clearing the app cache, reinstalling, but neither solve the problem.
