I use this app several times a day to provide IT services to my customers and also for my personal accounts. After the v7 update, two of my 20 keys are showing underscores. The message is ""could not generate code for this account." The problem occurred the first time I used the app after the update. There is no documented procedure to roll back to the prior version. Attempt to export the faulty key causes app to crash no warning.

It's good, but risky! Hey, how can you back up those extra accounts, but still let us delete them with a quick swipe—no confirmation needed—and have a way to turn off that swipe? I've almost deleted stuff so many times, but luckily caught it. But not this last time—I lost an account and can't even find out which one it was. That's not secure; it's a major flaw. If I'd known, I wouldn't have used this app. Switching now is a real hassle, though.

App no longer appears in my app drawer or on my home screen, and when I search my device it doesn't appear. However, when I search the play store it says it's installed and gives me the option to open the app. I'll be really upset if something happens and I have to go through some pita process to recover a bunch of accounts that use two-factor with Google authenticator.
