This app is clunky AF, particularly on Pixel devices. Inadvertantly touching on ads while scrolling will launch the ad... this "feels" like deliberate behaviour. Old emails (approx. 2-3 weeks old) are constantly highlighted and promoted to the top of the list for viewing. This only seems to happen for promotional or advertising related content and not personal emails from real humans.

Usable but cluttered. Randomly now has a reply box at the bottom of every email that takes up valuable screen space and can't be disabled. I reply to maybe 1 in 100 emails - the feature makes 0 sense for me and actively makes it harder to read emails. Not the first time there's been annoying UI changes too. I'm so close to using a different app instead.

When it works, this app hides the body text for some plain text emails but the 1-star review points to inaccessibility. An app isn't much good if it can't be used at all! My Gmail access is via IMAP and while my servers, ports, username & password are all correct and don't change, (successfully tested in other mail clients) I occasionally get 'login details are incorrect' for a while every time it does a sync. I switch off the syncing for about a week and it comes good for a few months. Repeat!
