The app is useful and is easy to use. The only complaint that I have is that the new update made the process of editing contacts harder. Before when you need an more fields, there was a button you could click that would bring up all of the other field types at once, and if you needed an additional field for something you could press a button to add it. Now, when you need more fields, you have to select them, there is no button that opens them all at once anymore.

I honestly don't understand how a native app fails at its most basic function. The search bar at the top is completely broken—even though my contacts are clearly saved in the list, searching for their names yields zero results. If I can't search for a contact, what is the point of this app? I am now forced to hunt the Play Store for a reliable and privacy-focused alternative to hold my data. Hands down, one of the worst experiences with a Google app. Needs an immediate fix.

I'm furious. We're all busy. Now Google has taken away autocorrect!!! I type fast (busy) and constantly going back to correct when my SwiftKey keyboard typically autocorrects EVERYTHING ON ANY OTHER APP! No thank you to the Google keyboard. I have an android because I want choices. Also if Google doesn't add the physical ADDRESS option at the TOP of all the options to enter phone, email etc, I will go to alternative. Sick of it.
