New review to bring it up to date. Generally a decent app but there are some annoying bugs. The main one being the unrequested resumption of media when connecting next time. I've got it set to resume based on the previous state. If I pause the media during a drive I would like it to remain paused the next time I drive. Despite settings set to not play it does around 8 out of 10 times. Grrrr Also, dictating a reply to a text message is a waste of effort as it often stops mid sentence.

Great when it works.. a few times ive been returning from Glasgow and it just switches off or doesn't connect. Most frustrating if I just want to find the route to motorway and end up on back roads as its "quickest route" .. 3 hours later I get to my destination. I had a new phone and new car at roughly same time so its not the car thats the problem. sometimes it'll work if I turn the car off and back on. not ideal.

Early on, many years ago, there were bugs of course. Now I rarely have an issue. I also used different models of rental cars (about 10) and it worked perfectly in all of them. I only wish my current car I own would connect via Bluetooth, but that's not an android issue.. That feature is great so you don't have to travel with different usb cords.
