Easy and straightforward to use. UPDATE! I do not know what is going on with the app but every time I log out it will not let me back in, get a message on screen saying they've logged me out for safety, but there is no option given for me to open app so I keep having to reboot my phone to be able to log in again!!! this is ridiculous and so ruddy annoying! so much so that I am considering moving my account to another bank!!

Frustrating. I had to make numerous attempts to complete the payment. To begin with, the payee was not recognized even though I have paid them before. My saved password was not accepted. On creating a new password I was unable to enter the special character even though this was part of the password that was accepted and supposedly saved. I did not know what to enter for 'reference' as the invoice included an ID, client number and 'your reference' (which had too many characters to be entered).

The app is A✨️+ it easier for me to keep up with most of my banking needs, without stepping out of my House. I can access my account anytime of the day. The only time I can't access my account is during an update, or when something is being done to improve the service. There is always a notification, of the type of action that will be made or carried out. Finally It is the best technology that could be achieved for vulnerable users, making us more independent.
