Ratings and reviews

Really taking a dive lately, having to stare at a loading icon in an offline map area when all my other services work fine, including other map services, is pretty unacceptable. Edit: several people (including in these reviews) suggested a fresh install. No directions are provided to any destination, ever. Internet is 20mb down and up, so this is beyond terrible.

Currently I cannot start a route then exit out to browse other locations without cancelling the route. It was possible before, as the route navigation would stay as a notification. Now it would just get dismissed as soon as I backed out of the route screen on the main app. The route navigation also doesn't seem to survive an app clear anymore. It's very inconvenient to be unable to use the app for other purposes during navigation. Please consider a fix.

Has an amazing amount of functionality but is inconsistent. Like randomly not showing restaurant reviews on my phone, but my partner shows them fine. I personally find these things really annoying. Partly because it takes me a while to work out the app isn't actually showing important information that is usually shows and I start to think I just can't fine it.. It's kind of like being gaslighted. It's by far the most frustrating app I use, but put up with it because there's no alternative.
